Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair
IMR equipment covers a broad range of products, mainly designated to fields in their infancy that require conservation and integrity continuity plans in place for insurance purposes, but also for aging fields where a weakening or breach in an existing pipeline is identified through visual inspection or intelligent pigging.

Typically, the equipment within this range is installed in conjunction with the product commissioning , or to allow the continued operational use of the product in question should integrity be compromised.

The IMR solutions that we offer are utilised to ensure that the clients’ asset is protected and maintained for the required duration of its intended lifespan.

Our experience in IRM products includes:

- Structural Repair Clamps
- Pipeline Repair Clamps
- Subsea Connectors
- Continuity Clamps

Sealing was conducted to 1.5x MAOP on a 3LPP coated pipeline with simulated reduced wall-thickness due to channel corrosion, as a means of allowing our client to install our equipment directly onto the line without completing a laborious coating removal operation, saving significant vessel time.
A 55t SWL Installation Frame was also supplied to assist with subsea lifting and positioning. (See right)
