No project can be initiated without the conceptual stage, whether it be a brainstorming session or full FEED study. It is fundamental to a projects' success that the technical specification is fully understood and the design basis is instigated on the correct path from the start. Sirona Subsea can take the intended project scope and conceptualise a system capable of fulfilling the project needs. 

Sirona Subsea specialise in delivering projects. The team have successfully delivered a copious amount of low and high-value (£50k - £5m) projects to the industry and are available to take full control of a specific project and ensure delivery in a timely manner, with a close eye on budget. All aspects can be governed as part of the scope, or certain aspects only, should a project scale dictate. We are well versed in communicating status to associated management teams and clients alike during the lifespan of the project, to ensure that all parties are satisfied with status and direction of the project in question. 

Validation testing is performed in our workshops, in accordance with a client approved FAT Procedure document.

The system is subjected to an extensive In-house test programme prior to the client

witnessed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

Following the successful completion of the FAT, the results are presented with photographic evidence, a certificate of test and examination and signed FAT forms within an FAT Report.

SITs and commissioning is paramount to ensuring success of equipment delivereables. Sirona Subsea can mobilise for installation/use in anger, confirming that the equipment meets the necessary performance criteria for guaranteeing success in the field.
