10"ns Pipeline Repair Clamps [Structural]

Our client, contracted a survey of 16” Water Injection pipelines and 10” Water Injection pipelines. Two (2) leak locations were identified. The remaining pipeline route and exposed sections showed no sign of seabed disturbance indicative of leak activity.
Sirona Subsea were contracted to provide a technical solution for the requirement to repair the leaks. 


3-off pipeline repair Clamps were requested, with the option to utilise as structural support depending on pipeline conditions. 

- 1-off Pipeline Repair Clamp c/w 2m between inboard Seals

- 1-off Pipeline Repair Clamp c/w 1.2m between inboard Seals

- 1-off Pipeline Repair Clamp c/w 0.675m between inboard Seals

- 2-off Structural Collet Pairings, for use on all configurations

Pipe Size: 10”ns x 0.811” WT (273.1mm OD x 20.6mm WT)

Pipe material: API 5L Grade X65

Design pressure: 175 bar.g

Test pressure: 262.5 bar.g

Operating temperature: 12°c

Design life: 5 years
