Vertebrae Bend Restrictors [VBRs]

VBRs play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity of flexible subsea pipelines and cables, which are subjected to various environmental and operational forces. Our Patent Pending ROC VBR™  is perfectly suited for all operational conditions, developed and tested in accordance with API 17 L1/L2.

OUR TRACK-RECORD

Our track record with VBRs (Bend Restrictors) highlights extensive capability across a wide spectrum of sizes, load ratings, and configurations, from 10 kNm through 50 kNm systems design load and 75kNm tests. We have successfully delivered VBR solutions for major operators such as BP, Shell, Saudi Aramco, and QatarEnergy, working with leading EPC contractors including McDermott, Saipem, Subsea 7, and OneSubsea.

EXPERIENCE

Our key management was involved in some of the first offshore wind VBRs supplied to industry [NSW, Bard] in the early 00's, which has allowed us to develop a unique Patent Pending VBR, saving up to 80% vessel time and unparalleled strength capabilities.
